Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all use of arborhomewholesale.com and all orders placed with Arbor Home LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating at 7424 Columbia Street, Rosemead, CA 91770 ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we sell to

We sell to both businesses (such as restaurants, food-service operators, and resellers) and individual retail customers. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you buy for resale, you are responsible for providing a valid resale certificate; otherwise sales tax applies.

2. Prices and quotes

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice before you order. Volume pricing and written quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

3. Orders and availability

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm or ship it. We may limit quantities or cancel orders, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment for cancelled items.

4. Payment

Payment is due when you order, through Shopify Payments or other methods shown at checkout. You agree not to file unjustified chargebacks; please contact us first to resolve any problem.

5. Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when you or your carrier pick up the goods, when we deliver them to your address, or when we hand them to the shipping carrier, whichever happens first.

6. Product use and food safety

Product descriptions, sizes, and temperature or microwave ratings are provided as guidance. Colors and wood grain may vary. You are responsible for confirming that each product is suitable for your foods, temperatures, oils, liquids, heating methods, and local rules before use, including testing a sample. Do not microwave, freeze, or put in an oven any product unless its listing says it is safe to do so.

7. Warranty disclaimer

Except for our Return Policy, and to the extent allowed by law, products are sold "as is" without other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, such as lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the products involved. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Website use

Site content, photos, and logos belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy them without permission, or misuse the Site, for example by hacking, scraping, or submitting false information.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

11. Changes and contact
