Shipping & Pickup Policy

1. Free local pickup

Pickup is free at 7424 Columbia Street, Rosemead, CA 91770, Monday-Sunday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM. Please wait for our "ready for pickup" email or text before coming, and bring your order number. Orders are usually ready the same business day if placed before 3:00 PM. Unclaimed orders may be cancelled after 14 days.

2. Local delivery

We deliver within 25 miles of Rosemead. Delivery fee: $15; free on orders over $300. Deliveries are made within 1-2 business days during business hours. Someone must be available to receive the order; we may charge for a failed or repeat delivery.

3. Shipping

We ship to the contiguous United States by UPS/FedEx/USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days; transit time is usually 2-7 business days. Large or heavy orders may ship by freight and we will contact you about the cost first. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US.

4. Delays, damage and lost packages

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Inspect your order when it arrives and report damage, missing items, or lost packages within 7 days, with photos, as described in our Return Policy.
